The Field Kitchen is our custom made Airstream trailer cafe nestled beside the impressive timber built Field Shelter, where you can sit, relax, and drink in the sweeping views of fields and coast. Opening in August 2025, it brings the farm, the landscapes and the season—and its flavors—closer to you.
Our chef creates a high-end, brunch-style menu that celebrates the rhythm of the seasons. Local farm-grown, foraged and maritime ingredients are transformed through traditional preserving methods—smoking, pickling, fermenting, and curing—adding depth of flavor, extending the season, and offering hands-on opportunities to learn through workshops, demos, and product exploration.
Beyond the everyday menu, in 2026, the Field Kitchen will be hosting long-table, ticketed events— such as paella cook-offs, Sunday asados, and South African braais—bringing friends, family, and community together around fire, food, and laughter.
